I'm testing the webcam and it's not responding on one of the 2 8460p's which of course is why I wanted to update the software. Uh what? No softpaq's.? How is that possible since when I go through the Hewlett Packard softpaq menu it lists win 10 pro.
I have these at my job and what's puzzling me is when I installed HP softpaq manager it says it has no softpaq for this model? It's a win 10 pro (says refurb license) 64 bit, 4 gb ram. I've got 2 refurb hp 8460p that I'm ultimately sending to two missionaries.
