It looks like I can still pay it through them online but I dont want to pay them if it is already in collections. They never responded and sent my bill to collections at this point. I have tried emailing them and say that I will pay 80-100$ which is what they end up getting after my insurance company pays them. I am now basically on the hook with quest for 900. Couldnt get in touch with my doctors office although I contacted them multiple times. I Called my insurance company, the reason they didnt cover it was because my doctor never sent them my medical records they requested.
